The BREEZE TRANSPLANT™ health history is collected through an online questionnaire. The Living Donor Team will use the information provided to identify any medical conditions that may affect your ability to be a living donor. This questionnaire is confidential, and only health professionals on the Living Donor Team will have access to this information. It will not be shared with the transplant candidate or anyone else. Even if a donor is not a blood-type match to Lori, they can still donate and make Lori eligible to receive a kidney that’s a match through a swap program.
